The True Quit Stop Smoking app delivers a brain retraining program based on the revolutionary True Quit Method. This program is for people who wish to quit all forms of nicotine, including combustible cigarettes, vaping, patches, gum, spray, lozenges, and heated tobacco. The True Quit App includes two main programs. These are the Quit Ready Program and the True Quit Stop Smoking Program.

The Quit Ready Program



The Quit Ready Program is for people who are thinking about quitting nicotine in the future, but are not sure if they are ready to quit right now.

This program teaches you about the problems of quitting that don’t get addressed with conventional smoking cessation solutions. You learn why these faulty and incomplete methods that you have tried in the past actually caused you to struggle, and why they didnt work for you. You are then introduced to the concept of brain retraining, leading to the realization that quitting nicotine is a skill that almost anyone can learn. It does not require willpower in any special situation or personality changes.

Please note that the Quit Ready Program does not teach you how to stop nicotine. It is for people who are thinking about quitting, but don’t feel ready, or who are afraid of trying to quit. This program is designed to assist you to become ready and motivated to quit.



The True Quit Stop Smoking Program



The True Quit Stop Smoking Program is for people who already know they are ready and motivated to quit nicotine addiction.

This program teaches you, step-by-step, the theory of the True Quit Method, including the techniques to eliminate cravings and fight or flight without willpower or struggle. You then stop nicotine and continue until your brain is completely restrained, so your brain does not keep automatically generating cravings anymore.

Much of the program simply requires you to view our videos and briefly practice our techniques. The time needed for True Quit varies during various program cycles, but it’s fair to say if you have just 10 minutes a day, you can give up smoking with True Quit.
